SB Tactical SBA3 Brace "saver", for storage.

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but I would be cautious.

As far as I know (and I am NOT an attorney), those braces were specifically "approved" exactly as designed; adding something to them may make an ATF agent, angry that they can't enforce a brace ban, decide that the brace has been converted to a stock through this addition. To be fair, if they've already got you under that microscope they'll probably find something anyway, but I would carefully consider this before going all in.

As with all things in life, consider the risk vs. reward and make your decision.

Copied from my posting:
"I designed and 3D printed this SB Tactical Brace Saver (see 2nd pic) to fill the void and keep my SB Tactical SBA3 Brace straight while it's laying around in the safe or in a drawer, etc. This is only while the brace is in storage of course."
That's why the brace is not on a firearm in the pics.
