sbr help please

So I have never done an sbr on anything but I own a pps43c and its pretty useless without its stock being able to fold out.
What would the the process and cost be that I would have to go through to legally unfold my stock?

$200 form 1 fee then cost of the actual stock. 6 months of waiting. Depends on how to do the form 1, it could cost extra for finger prints and photos and even Cleo sign off. Trust or corps, it will cost you but that's one time thing vs individual where you must get finger prints and photos and Cleo each time.

And engrave once you receive your stamp with the info from your form 1(Trust name or individual name and county).
