SBR in Cobb

That is good to know. What is the rumor?
There was some buzz that the ATF was going to change the rules on what would be required when submitting paperwork for NFA items attached to a trust. As it stands, you only need the trust. The rumor was that you would also have to get CLEO sign-off, even when using a trust.

Thats why I'm buying my suppressor ASAP and put in my paper work for my SBR last month.

I read all the fine print on the ATF form- there are quite a few positions you can get to sign off as a "CLEO"... a few I remember are include a judge with the power of arrest, the DA, and a bunch of other local officials. I remember there being at least eight or ten on the list- just in case the sheriff/ police chief is a no go.
