Ok. So I have a Draco that is going to be converted to an SBR. I plan on doing it the right way and swaping the rear trunnion and riviting in a Russian AKM trunnion. That way I have my choice of any style stock. (Im thinking Tantal) The 6 month + wait for the tax stamp is a long time to sit and stare at parts.
My question is this; Can I swap the trunnion before I get the tax stamp and just not install a stock? Is that illegal or is it technically still a pistol without the stock?
