I don't know about other counties, but in Bartow our absentee ballots had to be in office a week before the election.

The Secretary of State agreed that any absentee ballot post marked by election day, and received by Dec. 7 would be counted. That is the time frame allowed for military ballots.

Even without the agreement, a county can't require absentee ballots to be filed before election day. They can be hand filed on election day if necessary.

Kemp put Stacy Abrams on the national stage by insisting she concede. Every time he insisted, she got on her soapbox, and got national coverage.

The state would have been a lot better off if he had just cracked a bottle and had some drinks with some old friends and shut up. What difference does it make if she concedes or not?
