Selling house, realtor told me to plant flowers. Flower advice?

Kinda seems that way. We listed it a few months back, the realtor said it would go fast. We had no luck, the holidays were coming, and so we pulled the listing. Everyone who saw the house said it showed great, but for whatever reason we didn't sell it. Part of our problem was that the square footage listed was half of actual footage due to error on tax records. We got it corrected via independent appraisal but it was late in the game.

Wanted to resurrect this thread. I decided to wait until mid April to get past the likelihood of another frost.

Does that open up anymore options?

PM me your email address with some pictures . Been in business since 87 . You need to take a different approach to selling "your landscape" rather than "living" with it . I will be happy to assist you in a full scale plan, cost of materials . where to buy ( wholesale ) and direction to do yourself at no cost . As far as Annuals are concerned even tho HD and Lowes have been selling them for over a month 4/15 is the rule of thumb date as far as earliest time to plant.
