Why does everybody complicate septic systems?
Shade tree pro tip: Either strive for clarified effluent and pump the tank or strive for turbid effluent and replace your field lines.
Aerobic is better than non aerobic.

Other than that run your washer drain out in the yard or put a filter on it.
