And to be clear it's "legal weapon" AND "legal hours". You can't shoot coyotes at midnight with your squirrel gun on a WMA just because it's squirrel season.

Exactly! Haha, another time a guy brought in a brand new Bennelli 12ga; cause you can't shoot loads typically in an indoor range, hey put a slug round in it, but left the choke in....hahahahahahahahaha...not a good day for him and we were like.....blew the whole end of the shotgun off! Like a $1200 shotgun!

Man that's terrible to even think about!
If I was the idiot with the gun I'd be crying and if I wasn't, I'm pretty sure I would have laughed so hard I would have cried, lol.
I have about a 3 minute walk. Can get out to 300 as of now.
Yeah. I've got land in Harris County. Have been kicking the idea around for a while. I've been kicking the idea around for a few years. im all about finally making a proper range for myself, but I met with someone today in Marietta that is interested in investing in a range that could produce some money. One of the concerns was if people would drive. From my driveway in east Cobb to the drive way on the property is 1hr and 45 mins. Not a terrible drive. Not something I would expect people to do every day of the week. I would like to have a three gun setup. Have some tactical mall ninja classes. You know the drills where you shoot with 10 other guys and after the mag is empty you look around like an asshoe for like 10 seconds.
is one thing, but running a business is another. I have no idea what the ordinances are there in Harris County, but I'm in for an answer. Facilities and training would be a selling point if you're looking to start a club. For example, if you had a bad ass shoot house, you'd have my interest. If you're just talking about a bunch of pits, I have many other options. Good luck brother and let us know. I'm definitely curious.....Exactly! I would be down for a shoot there and would potentially drive that distance. I'm also in Marietta. Have you looked into the zoning there for a gun range? Having a personal range or one that you allow friends to use...i.e. us ODT'ersis one thing, but running a business is another.
