I had one on my last house that went down twice.

I’m not an expert but the offerings for business loans are quite a bit different. Fixed may be listed as an option but not realistic or attainable.

I have a ARM that I’m not happy with. Rents are way above mortgage payment so still making good money but I’m about to just pay off the property. Now they will get no interest income.

I had to cont. ed this year for my RE license and one of the courses was on mortgages. I wondered why in the hell anyone would ever take out an ARM.
