Shipping Magazines to CA or IL

Is it legal to ship 30 round magazines from GA via USPS to CA.

I would think yes- because the USPS Is a federal entity and 30 round magazines are not banned by federal law. It’s up to the California resident to make sure he’s compliant.

I personally wouldn’t ship any gun related items to those states and would add Oregon to that list as well. No telling who the squirmy piece of crap is wanting them!!! ATF has been know to do some seriously underhanded ****!!

You would be aiding and abetting a felony across state lines. Unless showering with Bubba sounds like a fun time I wouldn’t recommend it.

There is a reason companies in business to make money don’t risk shipping high capacity mags or parts kits to California. I’m sure you could get away with it right up until the one time something goes wrong you get caught
