So I sold all my battle rifles and freaked out. I got ahold of another member and explained my problem. He hooked me up with a 1938 Tula Finn'd 91/30. Check it out. It does have that been there done that look.
Lord knows what all its seen.

Where are the Finn markings?

Giant letter D on the receiver. Stamped for the D 166 cartridge.

Ah I gotcha. So used to seeing SA markings. Don't have one that has a D.

Noting matches , looks awesome, stock smells like Finland. Lol

Yep, got two myself--91/30 and an M39. Love them!

1941 VKT M91 barrel. Westinghouse receiver. 1898 Russian stock, with cartouche still visible. Talk about an international rifle....

Please ignore the 91/30 sling, has since been replaced by a Finn sling. Definitely has a been there, seen that look. Shoots very well.

The 91 is 1941, the 27 is 1934 and the 39 is 1944. The 91 and 27 are Tikka, the 39 is a Sako.
