I was kinda scared to open this thread but I did it anyway. Had the smoker going last weekend and thru some dogs on after the ribs and sausage were done. Sorry no pics tho. Happy Friday y'all!!

Nathan's or Hebrew National deep fried in peanut oil is always a nice change of pace, too.

(BTW... Never trust anyone who doesn't like slaw on a hotdog. )

You guys ABSOLUTELY need to try Kroger brand private selection brisket dogs. (I think they're better than Sahlen's).

I cooked those last week they are very good !

I love me some chili dogs. They're a big deal up in Detroit.
I did a thing this week for no other reason than to do it.
I diced a pack of hot dogs and mixed them into two cans of Hormel Chili and heated it all up.
Then I poured the stuff into hot dog buns.
John Cougar Mellencamp might not have approved but it actually wasn't too bad.
