I usually use flonaze religiously...but my doc gave me a script for Budesonide to add to my sinus rinse post surgery.

So the corps and .govs are messing with sinus meds. My favored is phenylephrine because it helps a little without making me loopy. I can handle a sinus headache, I just don't want my whole face to feel like it's swelling up and pulling my teeth with it. The only way to easily get it by itself, currently, where I've shopped, is in nasal spray form at Walmart. It's right out on the shelf, but no tablets? As things are getting silly on that front, I'm looking ahead for alternatives.

Phenylephrine + CTM makes me loopy (just used it and that's why I'm on here tapping near-nonsense)
Real deal pseudoephedrine makes me loopy (life is weird enough without taking that crap)
OTC Flonase = bloody mucus (I try not to bleed out of my nose whenever possible)
Saltwater irrigation (skill issue, I'm pretty sure I do it wrong and make everything worse)

What's your go-to?

I am from the East; we do all the medicine base on mother nature. For Sinus, I used to have Chronic Sinus for years. With that being said, I have taken a lot of Pharmacy, no result. Because Big Pharma don't want to cure you, but Nature will. I will show you how.

Just eating raw garlic, let all the sinus out by spitting or whatever because you would feel it burning at first. Your body are having too much "cold air", especially from the lungs. If you can, put some garlic into vodka, let it mix for a month or so, if you dont have time 2 weeks should be fine. Drink that garlic liquor.

Not sure how much it helps with severe sinus problems, but I love the shower tablets that Vic's Vaporub makes. Plop one down in the bottom of a hot shower and just breathe deeply. Opens me right up. The first time I tried it, I thought this must be what dope feels like taking.
