Sleepless in Marietta !

I have not been able to sleep in solid quiet without tv or radio on real low for decades.
Heck, since my teen years I am betting…..I have always had something on real low at night. The total quiet just makes me think way too much…

Before I got to where I couldn’t move a whole lot …. I would go to the garage and work on a car or something late at night…sometimes until the sun come up !! Lol

Only a couple /few more hours to go !! Then I can get up and do something without having to worry about disturbing anyone.

Working long hours 7 days a week inside a video game arcade in 80's for 3 years.. I heard those game sounds in my sleep for almost 7 years afterwards. Messed me up.

I didn't see the thread and I was up all night didn't get to sleep till 11:00 yesterday morning. I'll be up all night tonight again or this morning rather. I look on ODT every morning early in the morning a few times throughout the morning. Always looking for something new and interesting to pop up. So I am right there with you. One night of insomnia can ruin my sleep schedule for weeks. I am one of those off schedules right now as a matter of fact.

Out of town for work and I’ve been up since 3am (central). Saw the earlier post, tried to fall back asleep, and just as I was about to, 4am hits and the trash truck rolls through again… Here with you guys.

It's usually the landscaping crew that comes in weed whacking and mowing right next door that gets me on the mornings that I really need to sleep. But noooo! Just another sharp stick in the balls. That's life!
