Type 2 Diabetic doing Intermittent fasting

I don't fast, do keto, or any of that.....but I do watch my calories and protein intake. Those Mission Carb Balance Tortillas are awesome. Low in calories, good fiber, good protein, and taste decent.
I prefer the La Banderita brand, they have a thinner texture. They make street taco and soft taco sizes too for Mexican at home.

Another good use for low carb tortillas is a breakfast wrap (or burrito) with bacon or sausage, egg, cheese and spinach.

I’ll have to look for those. I get the Mission because Costco has them and they’re cheap.
Those, Oikos protein yogurt, and Kirkland lightly breaded chicken nuggets are staples of my diet.

The diet that the American Diabetes Association recommends for diabetics .......... gives you worse diabetes.

The American Diet is designed to put you in an American Hospital and on American Pharmaceuticals.

I have a bunch of thoughts on this. Not looking to hijack your thread in any way.

I'm super proud of you bro. Great job finding some things that are working for you.

Great job putting in the work. Great job making those lifestyle changes.

Glad to see you stick around for a while.

In the next month maybe we'll chat. Doesn't make much sense today, but in a month it will.

Keep it up brother, great job all around.
