we are discussing selling this home we own now in 2 years or so and downsizing. Too much upkeep , taxes are over $13000 annual now which is idiotic. Energy bills too high etc

Power is ridiculous. I keep my thermostat at 63° during the winter and my power bill is 100 bucks or less. I leave on one light and the dehumidifier runs constantly. It goes up to 150 to 175 in the summer. Not to bad.
