Conceal effectively. Problem solved. Sure is nice that I can carry at work openly if I wish to. My boss even started carrying recently.

So my job just went 2a friendly to its customers but not its employees

i work a restaurant at nights and thats how it is. i was cleaning one night and my shirt rode up while i was under a table cleaning something my manager saw that i missed.
so he told my GM and we had a meeting in the office threatening that i would be fired if it was seen again especially if a customer was to see it
they say it is their policy to stop any chance of work place violence. especially with a deadly weapon.
i now carry deep concealed in a pocket.

If you want to retain the right to dictate what is and isn't acceptable in your own home then you have to respect the right of a business owner to dictate what is and isn't acceptable in their establishment.
