So what's your favorite hot sauce?

Mine without a doubt is Gator Hammock. I discovered it a few years ago at Firehouse Subs. It's perfectly balanced with rich flavor and not too vinegary. The heat is just right for buffalo wings, BBQ, stews, and just about everything else. Years ago I lived for the "burn" from a good hot sauce. Nowadays I look for great flavor and moderate heat and this sauce is exactly that.

I need to give this a try. My wife's cousin made Chef Boy Howdy hot sauce which was really good but he sadly has passed away and his recipe went with him.

I like every scotch bonnet sauce I've tried so far. A dab'll do with some of it though. Awesome in chili but I eat it on everything

Franks is my favorite store bought sauce.

I also like to make my own from Tabasco peppers I grow in my garden.
