Solar power

Here's a review of the largest Jackery 1000W unit, from a guy that doesn't do paid/sponsored promotions.

I just got the Jackery 1500. I tried it on wife's CPAP machine last night. It worked fine and looks like it would provide enough energy to run it for 3 nights with no recharge. I still have some testing to do with it. I have two Renogy 320 watt solar panels that I want to mate to it for recharging. That should be able to recharge from 0 to 100% in about 3 hours on a sunny day during prime hours of sun.

Primary uses on extended grid down scenario is recharging batteries for flashlights, radios, cell phones, instant pot, coffee, and powering wife's CPAP machine.

For those of you who like to go camping, it would be ideal to take along for that.

It is way to big and heavy for hiking/backpacking. It weighs in at 33 lbs.

Jackery is NOT the value brand, and it is NOT made in America.
