I mean, I'd assume that you were in your due diligence period. Doesn't matter if the seller likes your decision or agrees. You can simply say no thanks, get your earnest money back, and move on. If the sky was the wrong color for your feelings that day, you can get out with no penalty per contract.The seller released me from the home contract in a mutual agreement. And I get my earnest money back. WIN WIN.
