Speer Plastic Bullets - loading question

For those of you familiar with these... which way do you load them into the case? They fit and function either way, it appears they are a bit more accurate if you put the "hollow point" looking side face down into the brass and the flat side facing outward. They "look" better when they are seated the opposite was but I notice the tumble sometimes upon entry into the carboard targets.

HB down, FN up ... Loaded mine with Magnum Large Pistol Primers

hollow side toward primer. Did you drill out the primer hole that allows better ballistics without magnum primers
