How many times have you been in traffic and seen McDonald's bags thrown from a Charger, Challenger,Altima etc? How many times have you seen fast food packaging, Swisher boxes, blunt wrappers and dirty diapers on the ground at Walmart or ANY mall? This is just a concentrated version of that.

Yeah Miami/Dade figured out that they don't need that kinda of tourism/bidness. Good for them.

When you let the animals run unchecked….mayhem will exist.
These monkeys that run amok in the nicest little towns and cities, turn the place into a trash bin that is not fit to live in. Then they leave.
There needs to be some good old fashioned butt kicking done for those that do this type of stuff. Respect and responsibility are important and needed in most all cases but especially here and now !
