Company pleads guilty to felony charges, loses firearm manufacturing FFL:

Technically, the company is for sale, but it's hard to imagine anyone buying the name or facilities. Most likely outcome will be an asset sale of the untainted inventory, e.g., whatever is leftover after the feds seize what they want.
