Stag Arms is no more...

15 non serialized machine guns is not nefarious? If not, it's at the very, very least remarkably negligent.
Unless they planned on selling them to eric holder or someone like that, what would they have done with them?

Im not an expert on nfa stuff, but i figure they could etch serial numbers onto the receiver once they had a buyer. The laws they broke were technicalities, as the gov operates on what is technically correct versus sense

Not a smart move, i just dont see stag trying to profit or how it would endanger anyone

According to the atf, airsoft guns can be real and a machine gun is a piece of sheet metal (lightning link)
Yeah what does a lightning link go for these days? If you can find one. You would?d think it would be less than an RDIAS given its just stamped sheet metal. But its probably about the Sam price wise.

Weapons are serialized upon manufacture. No serial number means no Form 1 which means illegal manufacture of machine guns. It's a big deal. Now, we're they doing it with malicious intent? I doubt it...but it is what it is.

Ok, i kinda figured as much

Personally i just favor fewer restrictions as the only real effect most have is to simply drive up costs

I show my wife auto sears and MGs on Gunbroker all the time just to see here reaction. She used to ask what made them worth that much money and I'd tell her the gubment made them worth that much. Then she would say something about it being insane. And I'd tell her its the gubment that's insane and the MG market was just a reaction to the insanity.

Kinda wondering why the sentence was so small?

Thought the same thing. One of us would be in a Turkish prison for having 62 full autos.

Not saying any US manufacturers do it but the temptation to sell a full auto for a few thousand dollars on the black market vs. selling a semi for $500 wholesale must be pretty strong. I can't be the only one who got a little titillated every time they cracked open one of those wooden crates full of AKs on Sons of Anarchy.
