Smoked in the Egg are also very yummy. Put them in a tin of butter and salt water and smoke @ 250 until they open then given them a few more minutes.

I like that idea.

Had the wife use this recipe with mussels https://www.food.com/recipe/carrabbas-mussels-quot-cozze-bianco-quot-147361. Pretty much the same as what you get at Carrabbas and they were delicious.
