And every now and then, my beer fridges light bulb just comes unscrewed, just enough for the light not to work when I open the door.
Happens 3-4 times a year, and the bulb has been in there 15+years.
I know no one else has been in there.
So how does that Happen?

Expansion and contraction causes the bulb to get loose enough not to work. If you'll remember every month or two to reach up there and snug the bulb, your problem should be solved. Just don't over tighten it
