Stop leaving guns in your cars..

Well did you guys ever think that where would the bad guys get their guns if it weren’t you guys that will leave him in your car they can’t buy them in a gun store and they need to get them somewhere.

They can’t buy them in a gun store and they need to get them somewhere.
yea, if they don't get the one from your vehicle
then they have to get the one from your bedside
table. Your own fault for being so.....predictable!!

That's why my bedside table drawer has a broken
Daisy bb gun that resmbles a 1911. Console pistol
is actually a lighter but hopefully they won't discover
that until later. Like, after I move the car.

Okay, so can someone summarize? I am heading out to do some shopping, the desert eagle pulls down my sweatpants so conceal carry isn’t possible, it is too big (the gun) to fit in the lockable glove box or to be chained under the seat, so I guess I put it up for sale?

Shameless plug for my post. :becky:

The mental gymnastics some of y'all are going through is astounding.

Trying to make analogies that don't apply.

Strawman arguments

Hating what was said simply because a cop said it.

And the funniest by far was claiming that the extra second or 2 to retrieve a properly secured truck gun, which is the fallback if a pistol can't get the job done (E.G. (1)Ran out of ammo in pistol and falling back to the truck gun which is as likely as getting hit by a meteor. (2) Fighting off a mob of people which is typically preceded by poor decision making should you find yourself in that position, or again, a massive statistical unlikelihood. (3) Target is too far to accurately engage with pistol)
None of these most likely scenarios, which are still insanely rare, would mean those extra seconds would have much, if any, effect in the fight.

The copium is crazy.
Out of the last 50,000 trips to the store by members of this forum, how many have required the use of a firearm? A massive statistical unlikelihood.
Out of all the people who carry in the last 100 years, how many have had to use one? A massive statistical unlikelihood.
The why ever even carry?

As mt high school debate teacher used to say: Statistics are like a bikini; what they reveal is interesting, but what they hide is crucial.

(Especially relevent in today's world.)
