Storm Windows

I had to remove 12 storm windows from my townhouse so the HOA could paint. The guy that did the work has vanished... I need someone to put them back on. I live in Dunwoody near Dunwoody CC. Let me know if you can do this and quote me a price.

Please define "put them back on". Are they 2nd story, is the hardware still there and they just need put back on? Or was all of the hardware removed? A picture of one of the windows might help.

two stories for some, first floor for the others. They need to be held in place with screws that I have.
