Stupid things you have seen or heard at gun shows!

I agree, the racking of a pump shotgun is a definite advantage in home defense. If I can stay out of a gunfight from just them hearing that sound and running then I'm happy.

Crap, next you'll tell me you've got a set of vintage Nam Era Tiger Stripes in the closet....
but if you do you're my new hero...

Had some Tiger Stripes I picked up in an Army Navy store in 75 outside LeJeune.
Gave them to the kids for camouflage day in high school years ago, they didn't fit me anymore ...

1988 - Range, Guns, & Safes in Forest Park; I'm 12 yrs old looking at the pistols (with my father) at the end of a long glass case of guns. Guy comes in with a loaded 1911 for the gunsmith to inspect. With the muzzle pointed down range (toward me approx 10 feet away) he proceeds to unload it. Racks the slide THEN drops the mag. Pulls the trigger and BANG. Round penetrates the wall to my left a few feet from my head. The concussion of that round passing so close took my breath away. Very valuable (and long-lasting) lesson about basic gun safety learned that day...

I can only imagine your fathers reaction

Nope, sorry. Right now I've just got 3 pairs of woodland, 1 pair of ACU and 1 pair of desert digital. Oh and I've got a pair of the woodland goretex rain pants. LOL

I ran into a guy in the parking lot at a gun show that had a trunk full of BDU pants and I bought everything he had in my size.

I wish I would have kept a set of Marine green utilities which is what we had before the woodlands.

I have one woodland shirt, now a vest of the original ones left.
The very first one's had slanted pockets on the chest, that's how you can tell them apart....
