Suppressor welding video link- 1:40 of entertainment value.

Need some new design on threading suppressors that locks onto the barrel so it doesn't come loose while shooting pistol. The QD mod works good for rifle so we need something along those lines on the pistol suppressors that have threads.

lol wut? wrong thread?

Yea Metric threads apparently keep tight, at least so I have heard, but the best method is Metric Threads with an O-ring.

Here's the most recent video of our suppressor in action. Professional shooter Steve Aryan took this with his contour rail mounted camera over the weekend on a Hog Hunt with friends. As far as reliable sound data we have a B&K2209 industry standard meter and have tested the M4SD II (1M left of muzzle mil-std) on a 14.5" and 10.3" barrel with M855 ammo. Data:

14.5" M4 / flash comp mount / M855 134DB average, 168DB unsuppressed, 34DB reduction
10.3" MK18 / flash suppressor mount/ M855/ 139 DB average, 168.5DB unsuppressed, 29.5DB reduction
