Hey all,
I bought a Swedish Mauser m/96 about a decade ago at Wild West Traders. It's in amazing condition except for one thing--the stock. Whoever the yahoo was who had it before me put some kind of finish on the rifle, which leads me to a couple of questions:
1. Is there any way to restore it to original?
2. Does it substantially reduce the value for a collector?
I'm not looking to sell, but at some point I may.
