The real deal is called a cheesesteak.
"Steak and cheese" (or, worse, "Philly steak and cheese")
is reserved for poor pretenders. Just like "Dr Suess' Grinch......

Sorry, my bad. Seems a cheesesteak would have more cheese than steak.
Meanwhile a steak and cheese has 75% beef or more. Hard enough to include
'Philly', that being way up North & all. 'Lanta steak & cheese just doesn't sing tho.

They may include Dr Soos' Grinch just so folks don't cornfuse it with
Alfred Hitchcock's 'Grinch' movie. Whole different ball of wax.

Good times last night.
30 folks on the restaurant patio, propane heaters on high, dozens of tacos and margaritas consumed.
Cute young Hispanic waitress with a bra that had her assets bubbling out the top.
And not a mask in sight.

Going to Bubba Garcia’s in beautiful downtown Brunswick tonite..

And just now, I thought I’d have a glass of tomato juice with breakfast.
Then I thought, add a shot of Frank’s hot sauce.
Then I thought, wth, a shot of vodka in there sounds good.
