Apparently I'm hanging out in the wrong Mexican restaurants. I inevitably get a waiter who looks like Poncho Villa's ugly brother or the poster boy for Mexico's most wanted.

We make tacos on a regular basis, not just Tuesday. The wife is from Texas and ate that type of food a lot. I’ve gotten pretty good at making our tortillas, corn and flour. Cilantro, onions, lime, green salsa and whatever protein. Love em.

So, went the other night, was not aware that on taco Tuesdays, ground beef or chicken tacos are $2.00 apiece.
Chips and salsa, queso, 5 tacos, 2 orders beans and rice, and a margarita, $32.00. $10 tip and out the door.
