Target Sports- Universal Bipod- OLD: Anyone seen or know anything about these?

Found a couple in a box of gun parts and accessories and forgot I had them. How old do you think they could be? The packaging graphics and details make it look like its from the 70's/80's? It is stamped Made in China.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I have one of those although I think it came in a green box. I'm pretty sure it was part of some AK package purchase from CDNN, and it was definitely a while ago.
