my mother/father/uncle/whoever I was with would have beat my stupid little ass, jail or not, if I acted in such a manner

I just watched this again on a real computer (not my phone) OMG!!!
It looks like she has a choke collar on the kid, attached to a leash, running under his shirt and out the bottom running up & wrapped around her arm.

Seriously, I'm not kidding! It seems like she could be arrested for that!!!
I hope she is locked up and somebody can foster that kid before it is too late...
