Came across what I am sure is a Finnish M28(Mosin Nagant) marked SY on the barrel, not counterbored, finn matched receiver and bolt, great rifling, good finish, w/strap. What is a "value" on this? Most boards on the internet say between 350 and 550?

It is this rifle: http://7.62x54r.net/MosinID/MosinM28.htm and it is a Sig. but not a ski trooper. Think I will not sleep tonight and go pick it up first thing tomorrow. lol

X2 this, the market is a little soft right now. Ski trooper models have 2 sling slots in the buttstock and usually fetch another 100 or so. If you completely disassemble it there's a 2 digit number on the barrel, which is the year of manufacture

They are good shooters if they have the m91 style rear sight. Wanna trade? Lol......

Yeah should have got it tonight after I looked at it for an hour, just was not sure of the markings/value. If it is meant to be it will be there tomorrow hopefully...
