I am currently drinking my own Hard apple cider (Single Shot Brewery's Mish-Mash Cider). It needs another week or two of conditioning as it is a tad yeasty still.
For beer, I am partial to Oatmeal Stouts and porters, Founder's Breakfast Stout and Breckenridge Vanilla Porter are my current favorites.
I currently have a Breakfast Stout clone in the primary (it will be ready in 4-5 weeks).
For spirits, I am partial to Irish Whiskey and Scotch. For Irish, I like Knappogue Castle. For Scotch, my current favorite is Compass Box Spice Tree.
