It's funny because if other people swallowed it and yet he still has it, it means that the other people pooped it out and brought it back. That means the old guy put something in his mouth that other people pooped out. Ha! Poop joke!

No, I work with middle schoolers so I guess it's kind of like all 4 rolled up into one...
I just like to over explain a joke every once in a while. I find it often gets more of a reaction than the original joke. This thread is pretty good evidence that I was right.
