Apparently, we're already there. CA Gov. Jerry 'Flower-Power' Brown has said that the US of A has essentially declared war on the Sanctuary State of California.

Perfect time for Trump to offer California to the North Koreans if they destroy their nuclear weapons and programs. At least offer it as a testing grounds for NOK test out their conventional non-nuke ICBMs.

I say round up all the illegals in the country and dump them in CA, then shut down every federal interstate into and out of CA and announce that all EBT cards, federal assistance and welfare payments to CA residents will be suspended indefinitely. Then sit back and watch the entire state burn to the ground.
