I don't know him, but I do know the architect that was helping to to redesign that place. The guy built the "Bunker" stuff completely off grid. No permits, no structural engineers, no nothing. They will have to get the entire structure evaluated and repaired before it can be used again. I am all for prepping, but that is just reckless in my opinion. He had paying clients renting the spaces above him.

It wasn’t a bunker. It was an already existing building. Also they reopened the Dallas market. There wasn’t structural damage. He won the court case again the city officials.
