I like your idea. Now you have me thinking, since I have a family member that runs an electrical supply business..
The inspectors around our area ain't going to look for a date on any house wire...
I just pulled (with help) new wiring on two ranges. ALL electrical supplies have gone through the roof.
I'm betting it'll go up more before it ever comes back down.
