I think you should do it if you think you can better yourself and/or your family. My mother and father were multi-millionaires in the rental and housing industry before the economy hammered them. They just moved back to Texas (where Grandparents live) to start over. The Texas economy is rockin.
. In the mean time, I've printed off the app, gonna fill it out tonight when I get home from work and probably mail it out tomorrow. We'll see what happens. I'm to the point, if it happens awesome, if it doesn't, I'll figure something else out. Let's get spontaneous with it whatcha say?
