This is some bs!!!

^You can have jhp's in your home and if you are traveling to or from hunting or the range as per Firearms Code 2C subsection f.
If you are a burglar, and get shot with a jhp and it doesn't leave your body, you can be charged with illegal possession----- since it 's the bullet (not the ammo) that's illegal to possess outside of the law. lol how ****ed up is that?

if you are going to legally carry a weapon i think your only option is a brick with a rope attached to it

in other words a hi piont :)

Ok so what about peer to peer transfers between two NY residents? I know in GA it is perfectly legal to buy a gun from someone off the street even if you haven't ever met that person in your life. I won't be going there without being able to protect myself.

I would guess in state transfers would need to be done by FFL but a Yankee can correct me on that. They have registration up there so there must be additional steps to buy or sell.

You could always tell the relatives to come to you. In my experience, family traditionally goes to the new baby because traveling with a newborn is a pain.

It would really suck to miss the baby's first steps because you are slow dancing with Bubba in cell block D.

lmao I wanted to go because my wife has never been north of VA and always wanted to go and my family up there is DEEP it's easier for four of us to go there than it is for 150 of them to come here..... but like I said I will not be going without the ability to protect myself and I wouldn't do anything that put myself in a situation where I couldn't be there for my family. I am a law abiding citizen. It's all the crooked people that have made things the way that they are now and I will not contribute to that.

Oh geez, go visit your family. Yeah, I don't like the laws when I visit Chicago but I'm careful not to put myself into dangerous situations. Yes, violence can be anywhere, but I'm not going to avoid seeing my family because I can't legally carry.
