They always have review and comment cards that you submit so the organizers can evaluate the effectiveness of the program. Usually, they can be submitted anonymously. I attended a drug rehab CLE that was 50% pointless, and the presenter's "rehabilitated" assistant was obviously stoned. (Not really my choice of classes, but fortunately 50% was an entertaining scientist explaining how the illegal drugs affect one mentally and physiologically.) I called them out on the comment card and signed it. I later contacted the organizers to tell them CLE is useless if it's presented by stoners and doesn't involve law in some way. You make your point, but not until you're sure of receiving the mandatory credit hours you suffered for.
