Smith and Wesson is going to relocate to East TN, just east of Knoxville.

But the area I was looking at was pretty run down to be honest. Any place that has a Post Office across the street from an 'abandoned' school is kind of setting off alarm bells.

Yeah, I heard they were moving to Maryville, it’s a fairly good town I think. Had some friends that lived there a good while back.

Maryville is pretty nice. (Pronounced Murrville)
