There isn’t a townhouse (new construction) for less than $600,000 in Roswell/Alpharetta. Freestanding homes are $1,000,000 plus.

I moved here in ‘03 in my mid 30’s and the mortgage payment was stiff. I could not afford to move here in my late 50’s……. I could not afford even my current house here in my late 50’s. Crazy when you think about it.
