Tired of BS with Verizon

I think people get the fact that they are dealing with humans confused with the dealing with Verizon. Verizon has their policies which does not differ from any other cell phone company, and if it does its usually superior. When dealing with other humans, please keep in mind that they are all different. Regardless of what store you go to.
In this case by OP, Verizon simply swapped out your used non-working phone, for a better, almost new, working phone.

Yes you are correct, but it took me calling corporate to not have to wait a week, and they didn't do me any favors as this phone was only a few months old and still under factory warranty.
get a straight talk phone lol ... ive got one thats just like my old blackberry ...i have unlimited everything minutes, data, and texting ... yeah the phones are slightly dated but where else can you get unlimited everything for 45 bucks a month ( and not have another 45 in taxes and fees tagged on)

Im telling ya I have had the iphone a couple androids now and even a few tmobile sidekicks ...if your not trying to keep in contact with your 70,000 friends on facebook or use the 204392834023948 apps on your phone you really cant beat straight talk for the price ...not to mention they give the phones away for free alot of times with the purchase of your service plan ( 30-45 dollars) as long as you order it offline and not buy it at walmart, and most the phones run off Verizon towers from what I understand. A few of the phones use sim cards and I assume run off att towers but the reception isnt that great around here with those phones. I know vidalia is a bit bigger than baxley so there is probably more towers

you think that is bad, my wife and I had phones from T mobile for over 2 years at $82.00 a month, so we were not under cotract anymore, but the whole time we had the phones they never worked where we lived, you had to drive at least a mile to get service, no biggie because we had a home phone, well about 5 months ago we said we could no longer afford the phones anymore and bought some cheap little pre paid phones. well the phones we had from t mobile were much nicer and better so I asked the at&t prepaid company we now have if we could use our old phones from t mobile, they said yes, all we have to do is get t mobile to unlock the sim card on the phones or give us the codes so we can do it, well I called t mobile and they said no they would not do it unless I paid another $82.00 for another month of service, I said we had you guys for over 2 years and never had service were we live and now you want me to pay another month for something that does not give me service? they said yes that is it. so T Mobile sucks big time in my book.
