It just occurred to me that it is an awfully big coincidence that my wife and daughters need for toilet paper just happens to end when the roll is empty. This happens nearly daily. I find it hard to believe that there is exactly the correct square footage on a roll that they are able to achieve absolute cleanliness at the exact moment the last sheet on the roll is used. This is the only explanation I care to consider. The alternative is too ghastly to contemplate......

Since they need it to pee and you don't leave it empty and hide a roll for #2

And as far as installation...over the top. It's the only way to tear it off one handed without that dreaded out of control spin where 6' ends up on the floor.
