Tonights Dinner.....Mmmmmm

Mid last week made up some pork chops. Normally marinate for 48 hours but this time;
Marinate in teriyaki and pineapple juice for a few hours. Injected marinade. Cook in a skillet on medium heat. And a little water to skillet along with some marinade just enough to cover chops. Cook for about 2 minutes and flip for another two mins.

Put chops in casserole dish and add cooked marinade to dish (do not cover the chops with marinade). Set broiler to HI and baste marinade over chops for 10 mins.

MMM sweet and juicy chops

On the menu this evening at home we have: Marinated Skirt Steak grilled over natural charcoal, seasonal artichoke stuffed with Romano Cheese, and wild rice medley. Complemented with a nice glass of chianti and strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Anyone else care to share?

I think we need a food section on ODT. I could sure use some dinner ideas since I'm the one that does the cooking in our family.

Looks great. I've never done artichokes at home. They're good but a lot of work to eat.
