I have feeders at the house (22 acres) just so my wife can see deer. Typically does and youngsters. One day I looked out and there was one 10 pt, two 8 pt, multiple 6 pt at the feeder in middle of day - months ago not hunting season. I was like "where did y'all come from!". Usually we see one or two bucks at feeder in the dark on cameras.

Bucks like to lay where there's not much disturbance and that includes lots of does except during the rut.

Tired of seeing does and hoes . Tryna knock a big boy off my first piece of land that I can call mine .

We dont kill doe like maybe we should. However the hunting is good and stays good through Dec. That second rut is when it can be really be good for big boys. Plenty doe left over i guess. One thing I noticed is quite a reduction in doe numbers this year. Then I heard the yotes all night, all around. Near and far and daylight too. I only saw a few fawns last hunt. Id guess the yotes are doing the management.
